Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy (also known as low-level laser light therapy or photobiomodulation) involves exposing the body to specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared (NIR) light, which are absorbed by mitochondria in cells to boost energy production and trigger healing processes.

Red and Near-Infrared, Full-Body Coverage
Our red and near-infrared panels use a front-and-back configuration to provide full-body exposure for maximum results in minimal time.
Red light penetrates the skin's surface and is absorbed by mitochondria, stimulating collagen production and reducing inflammation. Near-infrared light penetrates deeper into tissues, muscles, and joints, promoting internal healing and recovery.
Potential Benefits of Red Light Therapy
Muscle Fatigue Recovery
Photobiomodulation may support recovery from exercise-related muscle fatigue and soreness.
Joint Comfort
Some protocols may help reduce pain and support function in certain musculoskeletal conditions.
Skin Appearance
Red and near-infrared light may support collagen-related improvements in skin texture and firmness.
Tissue Repair
Certain clinical protocols may support the body’s normal tissue-repair processes.
Localized Circulation
Red and near-infrared light may temporarily support local blood flow in treated areas.
Inflammatory Response
Photobiomodulation may help modulate localized inflammatory responses; results vary by dose and protocol.
What to Expect
Session Length
10 minutes — due to our customized configuration and advanced panel technology, 10 minutes is ideal and no more time is needed. A very general recommendation is 3–5 times per week.
During Your Session
Members usually remove their shirt or simply stand in their underwear or workout clothes; our private station allows for a fully nude experience if desired. You will feel a mild warmth from the panels. The light waves are completely safe for the eyes, but you may wear sunglasses or close your eyes for comfort.
Before You Arrive
Since photoreceptors are present all over the body, the more skin exposure the better — but dress to your comfort level. We recommend a clean face, free of makeup, SPF products, retinols, or other skin care products that may hinder absorption or promote hyperpigmentation.
