Deep Heat, Absorbed Like Sunlight
Infrared saunas use specific wavelengths of light (near and/or far-infrared) to create heat, which is absorbed by the surface of the skin — like sunlight.
Prior to your session you will want to undress and cover yourself with a towel. Our IR sauna is private, which allows for a completely nude experience if desired. You may not feel a lot of heat at first, but the infrared light will cause a deep sweat — drink plenty of water before and after.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between an infrared sauna and a traditional sauna?
Infrared saunas use light to heat your body directly at lower air temperatures (ours reach 175°F, with a sweet spot of 115–140°F), while traditional saunas heat the air around you to higher temperatures (ours reaches 200°F). Both deliver heat-therapy benefits — many members alternate between the two. We offer both at our Brickell location.
How long is a sauna session?
Book a single session for up to 30 minutes, or two back-to-back sessions for up to 60 minutes. At least 15 minutes of exposure is the minimal effective dose we recommend to start seeing benefits.
Are infrared and traditional saunas okay if I have breast implants?
Research directly studying sauna use in people with breast implants is limited. The sauna's air temperature is not the temperature an implant reaches; studies show ordinary sauna sessions raise core body temperature only modestly. If your surgery was recent, wait until your incisions are fully healed and your plastic surgeon clears you. If you have pain, swelling, complications or implant-specific concerns, ask your surgeon before using either infrared or traditional sauna.
