Our saunas achieve 175 degrees F/ 80 degrees C – it is important to note that infrared saunas also use light to create heat, so maximum benefits can be achieved at much lower temperatures. The sweet spot is between 115 - 140 degrees F.
Infrared saunas tend to heat the body faster than traditional saunas, which means you can spend less time exposed to the heat. This can be preferred for individuals that have implants.
