3. Eligibility and account use

To book services, purchase memberships, or manage appointments online, you may be required to create an account through our scheduling and booking platform. You agree to:

6. Services, memberships, and pricing

Descriptions of services, memberships, introductory offers, a‑la‑carte options, and pricing on the Site (including FAQs and membership pages) are not binding offers but summaries for your convenience. Specific terms, including:

Session length and inclusions.

Membership duration, renewals, and billing.

A‑la‑carte and “Pick 1 / Pick 2 / Pick 3” options and same‑day use requirements.

Special rates (such as non‑member hyperbaric oxygen therapy rates),

are governed by the applicable membership or service agreement and our Member Policy at the time of purchase.

We may modify, discontinue, or update services, packages, prices, and promotions at any time without notice, except as otherwise required by applicable law or your contract.

7. Online booking, payments, and billing

When you book services or purchase memberships, packages, or other products through the Site or connected apps, you authorize Healthspan and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable amounts, including taxes and any fees disclosed at checkout.

Your membership billing, including recurring charges, late fees, no‑show fees, and any additional usage charges, is governed by your membership agreement and our Member Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and up to date and for all charges incurred under your account.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or agreement, all purchases are final and non‑refundable except as required by law or expressly provided in the applicable contract.

8. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules for sessions, packages, and memberships are defined in our Member Policy, FAQs, and any membership or service agreement you sign. These policies may include:

Minimum notice periods for cancelling or rescheduling sessions.

Forfeiture of sessions or fees for late cancellations or no‑shows.

Conditions for suspending or terminating memberships.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami‑Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
