Where do I park?

We validate $5 for the 1st hour and $10 for the 2nd hour of parking for our members.  The self-parking garage of the Four Seasons Tower is located at 1441 Brickell Ave. Parking rates are posted and the parking office is managed by Metropolis Parking.

How often can I use these recovery services?

Our suite of services are designed to maximize physical, cellular and mental recovery. By strategically implementing some, or all of our modalities into your health and wellness routine, you will optimize your ability to recover and improve your overall HEALTHSPAN.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes! Should you need to pause your membership, you may conveniently FREEZE your membership by clicking the freeze button at the bottom of the pricing page of our website. You will not be charged your regular monthly rate and my reinstate upon your return with no additional upfront fees.  Please note, there is a nominal maintenance fee of $39/month while frozen. (Freezes must be 30-days or longer in duration)

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! You may bring pre-registered guests to enjoy a half-priced core service ($25) or a discounted ($100 off) Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Session.  Please note: these guest perks apply to 1st time customers only.
