Request a freeze for your Healthspan membership in Brickell, Miami.
Important
- Freeze requests are accepted for future dates only.
- Memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 30 days or for multiple calendar months.
- A $39 charge applies per month of the chosen freeze period.
- Requests are processed on the next available business day.
- Submit before 12 noon on the last day of the month to avoid dues for the next month.
- No refunds will be given for a month already charged.
